Above, Around, Below!

Above, Around, Below! is a group exhibition featuring artists selected through an open call. More than 500 artists applied, with only 30 selected to participate.

Presented by Van Der Plas Gallery in New York’s Lower East Side, the exhibition explores how space shapes perception, memory, and emotion. Bringing together contemporary, outsider, and street art, the gallery supports independent artistic voices and distinct approaches to expression.

The “Geometry of Rest” series was selected for the exhibition. Working at the intersection of art and architecture, Doria explores the line as both structure and gesture. The series brings geometric order into dialogue with the intuitive movement of freehand drawing, investigating rhythm, form, and stillness.
